Sometimes it is easier to say what was left unchanged, than to list all the changes. This is the case – only Twin Cam 88B engine with 5-speed manual transmission, brake system and a part of the frame with swingarm indicate the donor motorcycle. Most of the frame has been re-welded with a frame machine according to all the standards, using seamless tubes of required steel grade. The Springer fork is a replica to the first American “Harley” production fork, but a slightly lighter version, it gives the bike a stylish vintage look. The chain drive have been replaced with the drive belt BDL, decreasing the bike’s weight and making its future maintenance much easier. The custom bike now has new handlebar, seats and fenders (all manufactured by CCU) along with new wiring and Rizoma indicator lights. The fuel system has also been changed from injector to carburetor (Mikuni), which also allowed to increase the engine power. All new engine control unit (Thunder Performance), ECU (motogadget), wheels and many other accessories and details make the real difference to the ride and feel.
